SXSW 2014: Black City Lights

I might as well stick to International acts this week.  Here's a duo from Wellington, New Zealand that plays what they describe as "dark pop" or "cold wave".  They've toured with Grimes.  Remind me a little of "1984"-era Eurythmics.
