On to the Friday evening showcases. The goal is to find a venue we can get into which typically excludes anything near Red River/6th Street. One option is the Americana-heavy showcase at Continental Club.

We saw Buxton a couple years ago for an abbreviated set at St. Vincent DePaul. They have a new album out that is getting good reviews. It's on New West.
