This band is the moniker of Brooklyn based Max Clarke. His EP was produced by Foxygen's Jonathan Rado and is on the Jagjaguwar label. Lots of indie cred there. NPR compares his sound to the Everly Brothers but I hear some old Beatles as well as Graham Parsons, at least in this song. I listened to the EP, "Alien Sunset" and like it. A nice mellow sound.
