It’s sublime mix of slowcore, post-rock, alt-country, ’90s alt-rock and emo that deftly pivots styles, often within one song, making it all seem natural and clearly coming from one creative point of view. We hear Neil Young, Sunny Day Real Estate, Acetone, Hum, Red House Painters & more. They call it “West Texas dirtgaze.”
They still don't have any videos online other than "Laredo." They have quite a few live shows online which I guess showcases their slowcore style.
Here's one of their most streamed songs. Probably better at 2am but they may be a good way to start the festival day.
