Sunday at 1:45pm. I know you aren't a big fan of this Austin band but we haven't seen them live. I listened to their 2024 album "Maldito Animal" and liked some of it. Their style varies quite a bit. KUTX said this about them:
Joe Roddy and Jack Montesinos first started this project together in high school. Technically that was only a few years ago but the two have been playing in the Austin music scene much much longer. The Austin Chronicle called them “Homegrown prodigy rockers”. At the age of 12, Roddy first took the stage playing trumpet. Montesinos began even earlier, when his father, Ted Roddy, would take him to play at the Historic Victory Grill’s Monday blues nights at just 10 years old.
I think they got the names interchanged.
"Mrs. Kind Eyes" was filmed at Sam's Town Point.
"Wede Harer Guzo" is a chill early afternoon song.
This is nice, too.

I like all these songs. I'd like to see them. I guess they have one song I'm not crazy about that KUTX way overplayed. I know I've told you this previously, Ted Roddy is Melissa's cousin..
