SXSW 2019: Priscilla Renea

The other artist I didn't know at the ACL Bloody Mary Morning party is a successful songwriter that plays music on the side.  She put an album out in 2009 and waited 9 years to release her 2nd.  She has written hits for Rihanna, Mariah Carey, Carrie Underwood and Miranda Lambert.  The song "Somethin' Bad" is now used as the NBC Sunday Night Football intro music.  Royalties must be nice.

This is the only performance she has scheduled at the moment.  Not even an official showcase yet.
