SXSW 2023: Circa Waves

Waterloo Records has released their schedule.  I'm not sure if these will be inside or outside. This band is playing Tuesday between Devon Gilfillian and Good Looks. Indie rock from Liverpool. They've been around for 10 years and I don't recall ever hearing of them before this.  (Update: I profiled them for SXSW in 2015. oops.)

This appears to be their biggest hit. Kind of like the Killers.
