Sunday at noon. All three local bands on at this time were Black Fret recipients last year. Zach Person was in Houston before moving to Austin. A Houston paper compares him to Lenny Kravitz.
One thing I learned: he appeared on "American Idol" in 2016 before he moved to Austin.

We haven't seen him before but he was supposed to open for Sir Woman at the postponed Blues on the Green.

I saw a bit of his performance on the trail last November the same day I saw Kalu playing solo acoustic. Because Zach was rocking out he had a big crowd. It was good, but I preferred Kalu. I heard he'd been on American Idol.
